Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition contained the mini-game Pikachu’s Beach, which was impressively hard to unlock legitimately.
To do so you require of a Pikachu that can learn Surf, which was only obtainable in official contests, but of course those ended over a decade ago.
Alternatively you can get one by beating the Tournament of Pokemon Stadium — after beating Prime Cup: Master Ball Divivsion in Round 2 (!!!) — only with a party imported from your yellow cartridge and picking Pikachu in the team of three in every battle. If you succeed you will get rewarded with the ability to teach Pikachu how to be rad on those waves!
